All orders are sent with a Royal Mail, Evri or a Courier tracking reference. Once they have been fulfilled and left our office we have no additional information.  Please use your tracking reference to contact the service directly. We are not responsible for parcels once they have been shipped. We are dispatching orders promptly but please allow extra time for updates and delivery across all services during an extremely busy time. Everyone is working very hard with no intention to cause upset and disappointment. Please be patient to all those involved behind the scenes.
