All orders are sent by choice via Royal Mail, Evri or Courier. You'll receive tracking once fulfilled, once they've left our office we have no additional information.  Please use your tracking reference to contact the delivery service directly. We are not responsible for parcels once they have been shipped to the given address. We are dispatching orders promptly but please be kind, we're a tiny team.
