All orders are sent by choice via Royal Mail, Evri or Courier. Once they have been fulfilled and left our office we have no additional information. Please use your tracking reference to contact the service directly. We are not responsible for parcels once they have been shipped. We are dispatching orders promptly but please allow extra time for updates and delivery across all services. Everyone is working very hard with no intention to cause upset and disappointment.
