  1. Using our site - By accessing sleepydoe.com and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time—see “Last updated” below. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
  2. Orders & contract formation - Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an order confirmation after checkout, but the contract forms only when we email a dispatch/shipping confirmation. If we can’t accept your order (e.g., out of stock, pricing error, failed checks), we’ll refund you in full.
  3. Prices, taxes & payment - Prices are shown in GBP and include/exclude VAT where stated (children’s clothing is generally zero-rated). Obvious pricing errors aren’t binding. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; payment is taken at checkout or on dispatch depending on method. Prices exclude shipping, which is added at checkout.
  4. Shipping & delivery - Delivery options, times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates only. Title to the goods passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
  5. Returns, refunds & exchanges - For full policy, see Shipping & Returns page. Key points: you have 14 days from delivery to request a return/exchange; items must be unused and unwashed; shipping is non-refundable; you’re responsible for return postage (tracked recommended). Sale/outlet items are exchange or credit only (no refunds), credit valid 1 year. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
  6. Returns & correspondence address - Returns address is provided by email when your return is approved. Please do not send returns to the registered office.
  7. Faulty or mis-described items - If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us and return it within 30 days for assessment. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll repair/replace or refund (subject to availability) and cover outbound replacement postage. Items damaged by misuse or normal wear aren’t considered faulty and unwashed returns may be refused.
  8. Products & Materials - Our products are ethically sourced and made from 100% cotton. Because of the nature of the materials and manufacturing, measurements may vary by ~5%, and cotton may shrink by ~5%. Colour and sizing representations may vary slightly from screen to screen.
  9. Promotions, gift cards & bundles - Promotion codes apply only to qualifying items, for the stated period, and can’t be combined unless we say so. Only one code per order; a typical maximum pre-discount order value of £500 may apply. Codes can’t be applied after an order is placed. Gift cards are non-refundable.
  10. Accuracy of information - We try to display colours, sizing and product info accurately, but minor variations can occur. We may change or discontinue products without notice.
  11. Accounts & security - If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
  12. Intellectual property - All content on sleepydoe.com, including designs, images, text, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Sleepy Doe. You may not copy or reuse content without permission. The Sleepy Doe name and logo may not be used without our prior written consent.
  13. Photography - Photographs are used under licence; copyright remains with the respective photographers. Personal, non-commercial use only, with appropriate credit to Sleepy Doe. Do not copy, adapt, distribute or create derivative works without permission.
  14. Acceptable use - Do not misuse the site (introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or disrupt others). We may restrict access where we reasonably suspect misuse.
  15. Our liability - Nothing limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we’re not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) business losses (including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill); or (c) events beyond our reasonable control. For paid orders, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) concerned.
  16. Privacy - We are the data controller for personal data collected via sleepydoe.com. We use your data to process orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud/abuse, and, where permitted, send marketing you’ve opted into or that’s in our legitimate interests. Non-essential cookies/pixels (Meta/Google) run only after consent via our cookie banner; you can change preferences any time. For full details see our Privacy Policy.   17. Governing law - These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
