ORDERS 

All orders are sent with Royal Mail, Evri or a Courier tracking reference. Once they have been fulfilled and left our office, we have no additional information.  Please use your tracking reference to contact the service directly. We are not responsible for parcels once they have been shipped. Thank you for understanding.

We ship worldwide and would love to see your Sleepy Doe travel overseas. All UK and European orders are delivered via Royal Mail, Evri or express courier. If your country doesn't show on the list at checkout please email info@sleeydoe.com to place your order and arrange shipment.

Shipping costs will be added to your order at the time of purchase. All orders will be wrapped and shipped within 1-3 working days after order is received. Please allow extra time during our busiest Winter season. Orders are sent without paperwork and shipped in recycled paper mailers.

Please also note we only send electronic invoices and no extra paperwork in your parcels, if you required a printed invoice please email info@sleepydoe.com.

LOCAL PICK-UP - FREE Please select this option at the checkout, collection from our office central Bath, U.K. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

Please note shipping fees are subject to change during busy periods. Please select carefully if you require a faster and tracked service.

U.K. EVRI SHIPPING - £4.50

U.K. ROYAL MAIL SHIPPING - £6.00 

U.K. EXPRESS DELIVERY - £15.00 1-2 days however we aim for next day delivery. Please email info@sleepydoe.com if you require your order next day.

EU - Please read before ordering. We are still shipping to the EU with full tracking. Please allow extra time [approx 3 weeks] for your order to arrive, we promise it will be worth the wait. Orders are very likely to incur charges and the customer/buyer is responsible for these charges.

Rest of the world - £22-£40 some countries may vary at the checkout. Deliveries take approx 2-4 weeks via Royal Mail or DPD. We offer an WORLDWIDE EXPRESS Please select carefully if you require this faster service, we cannot guarantee a delivery date with any of our international shipping services. Please email info@sleepydoe.com if you have a preference of postal delivery.

Please note that standard shipping services do not require a signature upon delivery, therefore Sleepy Doe cannot be held responsible for any items not arriving once shipped. Please follow the tracking information and ensure the given address is valid for delivery. If you would like your delivery to include a signature, please contact us at info@sleepydoe.com. When placing your order please ensure that you give your correct address for delivery since we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

NOTE: Sleepy Doe have the rights to not ship and cancel any order, including fraudulent flagged emails via shopify.com. These orders will also be reported and taken very seriously. 

Returns & Exchanges

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. To refund an item please e-mail customer services info@sleepydoe.com for the return address and state whether you require a refund or exchange.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Sleepy Doe. When returning items please add your name or order number to the package. Sleepy Doe will process returns within 14 days. We will not charge postage for any replacement items. We do not accept any worn or washed returns, these will be sent back to customer. 

Please note any sale or outlet items cannot be refunded, only exchanged, unless faulty. We will issue an online credit note for any of these items returned valid for 1 year. 

We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.sleepydoe.com, if you have bought an item from a different website or store please follow their directions for refunds and exchanges. 

We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours, thank you for your patience and understanding.
