Sleepy Doe Office Coordinator
Location: Lansdown, Bath U.K.
Hours: The role follows fixed freelance office hours, with flexibility where needed to accommodate workload and the pace of a growing company. Approximately 9:00am–3:00pm, three days per week, with the likelihood of additional hours as the role develops.
Start: Beginning of July, with availability of a 1-2 training days in June

Role: Sleepy Doe is looking for an organised, reliable, and proactive Office Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business.
We’re a small team, so this is a hands-on role working closely with the founder across all areas of the company. The majority of the role involves managing and dispatching retail orders, while helping keep operations running smoothly across customer service, wholesale, stock management (including taking in weekly deliveries), and general office organisation.
This role would suit someone who enjoys practical, detail-focused work, takes pride in efficiency, and is interested in improving systems and processes within a growing business.
Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and dispatching retail orders

Monitoring and managing office, packaging, and stock levels

Coordinating shipments, deliveries, and operational admin

Supporting the founder and wider team with day-to-day business operations
Requirements

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in operations, fulfilment, customer service and Shopify is preferred

Sleepy Doe Digital Performance Marketing

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Sleepy Doe’s digital acquisition engine across Meta and Google. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable customer growth in the UK, while helping us expand into the US and international markets.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape strategy, execute campaigns, and continuously optimise performance across the full paid funnel from first impression to conversion.
- Own and optimise performance across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with Meta as the primary growth channel
- Drive profitable customer acquisition across UK, US, and international markets
- Build, test, and scale high-performing campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and retention audiences
- Analyse campaign and creative performance to uncover insights that improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV
- Manage budget pacing and spend efficiency, proactively scaling winners and cutting underperformance
- Lead continuous creative testing, ad formats, messaging, UGC, and brand storytelling angles
- Develop and refine audience strategies, including lookalikes, interest targeting, and first-party data segments
- Identify and improve full-funnel opportunities, including landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvements
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging paid media opportunities
- Collaborate closely with brand/creative to ensure performance insights shape content production
Proven experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta essential; Google Ads essential)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, CTR, CVR)
- Experience in B2C in fashion/lifestyle brands preferred
- Confident using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear action
- Experience with creative testing frameworks and performance-led creative strategy
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of performance outcomes
- Highly organised, commercially minded, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities
