Return/exchange window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Sale/outlet items
Any sale or outlet items are final sale and cannot be refunded, only exchanged. An online credit note for these items returned valid for 1 year.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition/packaging.
- Items showing wear or washing will be returned to you.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email info@sleepydoe.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
- We’ll aim to reply within 48 hours with next steps and the return address.
- Put your name and order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the item(s).
- Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for the refund to appear.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the return postage and the goods until we receive them. We recommend a tracked service.
Exchanges
- Tell us the size/style you’d like when you email.
- We don’t charge postage for exchanges.
Bought elsewhere?
We can only process returns/exchanges for items purchased directly from sleepydoe.com. For other retailers, please contact them directly.

As a small business, we set these terms to encourage careful, conscious purchases. Online returns have a significant environmental impact, and we’re continually working on more sustainable practices.
