Return/exchange window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.


Sale/outlet items 

Any sale or outlet items are final sale and cannot be refunded, only exchanged. An online credit note for these items returned valid for 1 year. 

 

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition/packaging.
  • Items showing wear or washing will be returned to you.

 

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email info@sleepydoe.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. 
  2. We’ll aim to reply within 48 hours with next steps and the return address.
  3. Put your name and order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return. 


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the item(s).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after inspection for the refund to appear.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the return postage and the goods until we receive them. We recommend a tracked service.


Exchanges

  • Tell us the size/style you’d like when you email.
  • We don’t charge postage for exchanges.


Bought elsewhere? 

We can only process returns/exchanges for items purchased directly from sleepydoe.com. For other retailers, please contact them directly.


A note on conscious shopping

As a small business, we set these terms to encourage careful, conscious purchases. Online returns have a significant environmental impact, and we’re continually working on more sustainable practices.
